Wipro has a great job security. Management depends project to project. If you get allocated to good project you will get good experience working with great people.

Dislikes

Salary isn't upto to mark as if you a fresher. There would be probation period of 1 year. If you resign before 1 year you have to pay some amount if you are fresher.

Likes

Trainings and learning are unlimited. You can’t get bore with the work. Lot of projects with different technologies and its upto how much you want to learn. No other company invest this much on employee skill enhancement.

Dislikes

No extra perks at all, no team party or get together just pure work. Do your work get the salary that’s it.

I was not satisfied with Wipro management and HR. They are not bother for employees issues and compensation. Line manager gives false commitment and words to their employees which is really terrible.

Compensation, increment, promotion, Line manager attitude , No team outing

...taken care by practice head/delivery head.Worst company with worst work culture.No salary hikes even though you give your best.No chance of growing..

On site opportunities are only good where you get good pay and promotion if you get. For offshore guys nothing much there. People with less knowledge and skillset might be in long term on-site role while a person working for 12 hours a day and much more skillset will be at Offshore only and will not get a good hike nor promotion.

Dislikes

Worked for 5 years spending almost half day in office. Not got on-site for even Short term.
