Dislikes

Monetary benefits are near to nothing apart from salary. Salary hikes are lower than market standards and generally they are late, not timely salary revisions. No bonus is provided at all.

1. Very Difficult to salary increment 2. Beware from telgu, Malayali people. They will never help hindi people. 3. Office Politics too much

Salary is a perk if you are in right process.

Dislikes

Office politics even if your team size is as tiny as 3 still you can face office politics, people on higher post doesn't have time to address problems of the associates. If you are in wipro then you are on your own..if you win, you win if you lose you lose nobody is there for backup. Huge gap between CTC and In hand.

Company culture and work life is ok but still it depends on project

...P though you are on bench) Wipro doesn't give promotion after all the hard work. Compensation is low. Wipro doesn't support their employees if any incident happened from client side (EX: Security or any breach incident)

...w. I have not received my experience latter yet. When I contacted support staff. They said I would have to pay 43000+ amount to get my experience latter.
