Compensation is unjustifiable if you join Wipro as a fresher. They give less than 3lpa which is even less than their security guard or cleaning staff.

...hill but my friend projects are very hectic. They ends up working 10-12 hours. Salary hikes are Ok Ok. Personal growth is awesome. You will get regular training email and you can nominate for external certification and can reimburse it.

Only one thing is good if you are working with wipro. I. E. Self learning is there if you are on bench. You can watch videos and you can do self learning

... your manager then your hard work doesn’t matter. Very poor hike you will get. If you will go outside after 4 / 5 years ,people will be laughing at your salary.Also there are perticular points you have to achieve by attending exams. That too for one exam you will get 10 marks. I mean single attempt is for 10 points. If you will pass. Wherein the points you willbe needing have huge count. You will be spending 2 years😂. Keep trying for exams and gain 10 marks for each that to you should pass it. And you will be getting 3 chances for each paper. Even Schools / colleges have better situations. Also if you are on bench people force you to take any project then it doesn’t matter your skills are matching or not. They may force you to travel to other locations as well. So developer should know testing and testing people should work on any projects. No bar also people will tag you without any professional discussion. No interviews for internal tagging.

...ainance for lifts. Not a single thing in this company make you motivate to work. HR tells you whatever salary we will provide you will have to take at HR round. No negotiation. They don't even offer better salary for critical process.
