There is no cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. They are not giving good salary hike and bonus every year

Actually i am on the third party pay roll. I wish to join on wipro payroll.But opportunity is very less to grow career and overall salary is lees.

...ation but only for those who are on roll employees not for contract employee...in Covid19 they are asking for work 12 hours in a day on same salary...no salary increment here I'm working in Wipro from last 3 years on same salary even they don't give any Diwali Bonus or gift as they r saying it is again Wipro policy.... I really don't know about on roll employees but for offroll it's terrible.

Working related is good. Am learn so many things after joining here. Regarding salary am not satisfied that much. Am working since 1.10 year there is no promotion as well as salary hike also.

This was my first company. It helped me to learn and improve the basic skill set. Teammates were good so is the work environment .

No career growth & opportunities., just doing the usual things. Poor compensation & benefits. Terrible job security. Uninformed site visit assignments.
