This company generally works in hire and fire mode. If you are performing great they'll keep you but if you are not performing good even for a month or so they'll through you out of the company without even notice even if you are part of the company for more then 2 4 years as well. Suggession - employee can't be always performer. There comes a time when performance goes down even because of family condition.

The work time can be flexible. The managers are really nice and approachable. Anyone can maintain work life balance properly. Managers give feedback regularly and thoroughly. The opportunities of career growth is quite good. There work environment is really nice.

The compensation is not that great but reasonable.

In Wipro, there are a lot of salary deductions, and the appraisal percentages are not very high, even for hard-working employees. This is the main reason for leaving Wipro, although the working culture is fabulous. If we want to lead a fulfilling life, financial growth is essential, and that’s the only reason for leaving Wipro
