...P though you are on bench) Wipro doesn't give promotion after all the hard work. Compensation is low. Wipro doesn't support their employees if any incident happened from client side (EX: Security or any breach incident)

Wipro is good in job security and work culture.If you get a good project then the learning curve will be enormous. Work life balance is good ,which actually depends on the project. You can learn and scale up in technology.

Dislikes

Salary increments are flat. Progression hikes are also average compared to the market.
