Worst bench policy and salary policy. If you are on bench for more than 45 days including Saturdays sundays, they will keep you on LOP which means zero salary or no salary for 3 months till you get a project. And they don't have internal projects so they layoff their employees without any criteria.

In 2 year of experience after crying day by day saved and than bought my first laptop. I'm because I know how pain and sweat I went through it.

Dislikes

There is not even a single thing which has to be liked. Starting from salary to appraisal I think everything is fixed. I'm working from 2 years my salary is still the same. I know everyone has there own opinion but this is my opinion.

I liked work in Wipro because there are lots of things to learn and salary package is good here and other benefits as well.

Late hours working and the software application/tools are not working properly

I love wipro, The company is great with its culture looking around overall development of yhe employees where it lacks in some areas they make it up with their awesome policies and people, management also consist of great leaders who lead by example.

Salary is below market average and sometimes the responsibilities tire you out

UpSkill, learning and self development initiatives taken are the best about wipro

Dislikes

Salary not upto market standards. Poor pay. Too low increments and hike is quite less. Also they won't give work from home option with people with genuine issues or even help in transfer to preferred city. And deducting benefits including shift allowances.
