Some people are helpful.

Dislikes

Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. So now its become a place for dangerous people only who can go out of way for doing unwanted things. I dont want to be a part of such environment hence i have resigned.

My experience is good so far because I am working at a client location and then working from home, never worked at Wipro campuses. I enjoy other benefits because of working at a client location, We don't get any perks and food from Wipro. Based on my other parameters It is overall good company. For freshers just take enough exp and leave it.

They make fake promises about salary and increment. The salary u get will be much lower than you expect, even if you calculate it properly. Bonuses promised will never be delivered accurately, atleast 20k less than promised every quarter. Some of my colleagues have not got a hike even after 2.5 years. Their salary and pay structure is terrible to say the least. It is no wonder their attrition is 54% They also have longer working hours than most IT companies and you have to wait for atleast 45 mins after working longer hours to get cabs.
