Salary is low as per other Companies. You need to check whether the project you are joining to a good project or not. Else you will not get any leaves on time, less salary hike, will force you to over time without over time bonus sometime. Specially your lead can do a lot mistake..regaring your Shift timing on system & all. So you need to be little conscious.

Good for learning perspective. One can learn things here and grow in the respective field.

Dislikes

Monetary benefits are near to nothing apart from salary. Salary hikes are lower than market standards and generally they are late, not timely salary revisions. No bonus is provided at all.

I have started my career with Wipro Kolkata, I got many opportunities here. As a fresher you will have to set your priorities, learning and development is most important in your initial days, this organisation will not disappoint you when it's come to your development. As a fresher start with Wipro is fare. The more you learn the more you grow within the organisation end number of opportunities available. Job security is there, always remember you are working in private sector, your deliverables will decide your journey.

Discriminating Pay policy. No salary appraisal for over two years. Management disregard for employee work like balance. Unofficial weekend workings with no overtime. Cost cutting measures like reducing allowances or discontinue certain allowances for employee benefits leading to less in hand salary. Toxic workplace, stressed environment. Not a healthy place to work,

Good when it comes to job security, work life balance and everything is excellent if your manager is good. Hybrid culture & WFH is still going on for the support staff.

Dislikes

...of band promotion it can go upto 15%. Getting promotion is very hard and unfair. Deduction of 30% is happening in variable pay these days.
