CTC They will not pay the proper variable pay. Some people manager in my account was simply useless. He don't know how to handle the project, and he will not listen you,but he was very cool and won't torture you much.

Working with wipro is a good experience and work culture . Policies are good and fair.

... also consider employees working for long term and can give good hike and bonus. Actually people from different company earning more salary ,also need to standardise it. Also career growth is slow and more politics .Can also encourage people who learn new technologies and can give new opportunities.

I really enjoyed working in Wipro as they give immense opportunities to take responsbilities and to prove yourself on the role that you have chosen. Personally I learned a lot with Wipro in processes.

Dislikes

...t they provide only one way which could have been provided both pickup and drop. I personally felt is they could have retain myself, when it comes to the comparison of pay with new offer. Apart from the everywhere you will have the work pressure but when you know how to convert the pressure into a passion, you will always be able to manage.

Nothing much. Only thing which i don't like is the promotion and compensation as well as onsite opportunity part in my perspective which is completely depends on the project manager.

...ply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. There is nothing like career growth at Wipro. Not at all recommended for freshers especially who aspire to grow more and wants to get good hike and package.
