Variable pay is something we don't get 100% though it's part your CTC. Cafeteria food quality is worst Inside campus Environment is greenery but disease are higher side due to bad maintenance.

They collaborate and provide adequate support to one another and ensure that work runs smoothly and gets delivered on time. Wipro provides excellent study mat skilled trainers

...their friends for high pay and they don't even have knowledge about the project. Simply cut off salary for no reason. No extra incitive for extra Working hours. Clients giving huge money however manager and HR getting without given to employees.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. All the events are celebrated in campus.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow
