... for more than 7-8 years so they hardly take interest in helping colleagues. Also the QPLC they had in salary structure…it’s like some amount u will get on quarterly basis as variable income.

...ssues with the company but having issues with their compensation and benefits... They have excluded the casual leaves, they do not give double pay on gazetted holidays. They give Comp off on gazetted holiday once u will complete ur 7.5 login hrs.

Everything related to HR is automated where there is no need for emails instead it is replaced with apps which makes easy to get things done.

Dislikes

... deducted from salary. No clarity on when you will get hike and what percentage. Variable pay is like nightmare where you will not understand the logic and rarely you get 100%. Overall it is clients friendly organization and not employee friendly organization.

Wipro is a disaster as a company. So all n all I don't like anything at Wipro.

Wipro left everything that a company should do, their only focus on cost cutting even if their employees are suffering because of that but they don't care at all.
