No salary hike, pramotion/good appraisal for employees who worked more than 4 years. Unable to balance work and personal life due to more pressure from client/ manager side.

...pany as i got project i had better opportunities, skills and technology as well. but most of the employees i saw are frustred and are not doing anything or are on loss of pay due to know work. so if you are getting any work. work passionately and be honest woth your job.

Hr of wipro is worse , not even listening, when we want some clarification they started shouting,Work from home is closed, Which is essential for day to day life, to maintain life balance between work and family. On time of joining hr talk politely and after they are treated as slave.
