Company has a very bad work culture. Poor Management, Less salary, No hikes. They are biased towards toxic people. No growth. Overall if I had less than one star I would have given that.

..., rarely i see someone talked about employees growth, all in talk and documents. benefits are also less and lot of deductions happens in pay and we do not proper visibility where it goes.

...ainance for lifts. Not a single thing in this company make you motivate to work. HR tells you whatever salary we will provide you will have to take at HR round. No negotiation. They don't even offer better salary for critical process.

...hike and if you will ask they will put you on bench saying project budget issue. Only 45 days paid bench period and then complete loss of pay.
