Wipro’s campus, work culture and Food are extreme I loved Benglore campus because it is beautiful and completely work life balance

Salaries and appraisals will disappoint us because The work we do is at level 5 but the salary we get is at level 1

I really like the thing that wipro gave me a tremendous of 3% hike after 3.5 years. Thanks to wipro which changed my life

Salary hike and promotion are not one employee should expect as compared to their work

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 5 years before which you cannot resign.

A college like team. Most of the employees are stipend employees who Re doing wase and wista under bond. This makes one easier to adjust into the projects and helps to co ordinate efficiency

Dislikes

Compensation is not that great. But decent enough. Critical projects make u work more than 12 hrs with early morning and late night calls. I agree it depends on project , account and team

I am really greateful that I got a chance to work with Wipro Technologies. My manager and my teammates were very helpful during my work.Wipro was my first company were I got to learn many things. I had a very good experience working with Wipro Technologies.

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike about Wipro is that my low salary. No increment.
