Is 34 LPA CTC good enough for a 8yrs of experienced candidate?
Wipro made me an offer of almost 34LPA (30.6L (FP) + 10% (VP)) for the Tech Lead position in the B3 Band. I have eight years of experience overall, including six years of relevant expertise in the functional side of Oracle EBS SCM and two years in the core field side as a purchase engineer. My current CTC is 26.5 LPA, which includes 2.4L(VP) and 24L(FP). Is it worthwhile to leave my current organisation and take a reasonable walk? Also, If I try, will I get more than the offered CTC? Looking for the valuable suggestions?

Financial benefits are less and commercial facilities for employees. There is no free facilities inside Wipro and lot of politics in hike and in appraisal ratings.

It totally depends on mangers and team. Wipro is MNC and we have some trainings to upskill and we can get certification
