Salary - I am underpaid Hike/Promotion - There is no update or email if you are eligible for promotion or if you’ve been nominated Upskilling/Learning: There is upskilling but never give you the opportunity to work on the skills learned No Project for employees HR department is worst WMG is worse than HR department Asset management is not good and knows to loote employees with newly invented police's which are not circulated to employees.

Wipro’s campus, work culture and Food are extreme I loved Benglore campus because it is beautiful and completely work life balance

Salaries and appraisals will disappoint us because The work we do is at level 5 but the salary we get is at level 1

Appraisal, promotions and salary hikes don't happen on time. I have been on the same band since 6 yrs and I don't see any growth. In my previous a girl got promoted , who is always on permission or leave . I slogged and got kicked out of the team . This is called partiality

None. If you are lucky onsite is only good thing but depends on salary in onsite. Everything depends on your project. Second when you are on bench don't accept some projects blindly, ask questions and verify if it suits your profile. If it doesn't say no to it. Third max appraisal for excellent performance is 10%.

It is cheap company. Lot of deduction from CTC. Your 25 LPA is just 22 LPA. Second no professionalism they can promise you anything anytime and keep repeating. Third management has no direction, they just say yes to everything to customer. Customer is god and you are just doing their D2D tasks that's it. It's very rare you can talk against customer because of fearing losing project to competitors like Infosys and TCS. Finally it's a third grade company where show off people in management get good appraisals by stealing credits of work of the team members. They just say I managed the team better.

...y harassed me here. They expect you do proper work without any proper resources. Play money game so if your mac laptop charger get damaged pay it with your pocket we will reimburse it later or not.
