...agers say or claim to be of help. dislike bench policy, employees feel helpless. variable pay must be abolished. Company gets 2~5x from clients project and when employee is out of project he is not given this amount and his job hangs in a balance for just 45 days to look for another project. HR and Managers threaten on Policies and employees take the bite cause they are fresh from college and are nervous about their jobs so they fall in line. Bad company practice on no hike for 1st year. Company issues joining date so as the employee is not eligible for hike in 1st year.

Office politics even if your team size is as tiny as 3 still you can face office politics, people on higher post doesn't have time to address problems of the associates. If you are in wipro then you are on your own..if you win, you win if you lose you lose nobody is there for backup. Huge gap between CTC and In hand.

Brand name Variable component are paid usually upto 80-85% Hybrid Work, with 3 Days Office(it may change soon though)

...L/CSS/UI because he/she could not find a nice project in 45 Days while on bench. No Salary Increment for 2 years in a row since between 2021-23. Totally Client Oriented Mentality, an Employee has no say at all, Managers will do anything if it pleases client. Payscale is quite low in Wipro for existing employees, even new joiners are paid lowest minimum. Chairs in office are still old, Floor has no carpet, Only Premium ODC projects have nice office decor. Cabs facilities are provided only if project approves shift timings, For regular shift, no cabs by default. No Diwali Gifts/Bonus. No Holi Celebration allowed on campus. Very Few Onsite opportunities, and only those get onsite opportunities, who suck up to their bosses. Appraisal Process is totally flawed, No Transparency, why one does gets low rating even if discussion went well, nobody knows. Appraisal process is multi Layerered, You work with Person A, But Person B will do your annual appraisal, taking fedback from person A, totally ridiculous process. The Organisation Reporting structure is a maze/matrix based , An employee reports to 3 different people for same work, although it may vary from Project to Project. If you give on-call support, You get paid Rs.250 per day just imagine staying up whole night on-call support for just 250 Rs.

...otational policy. I served Wipro for 15 years to get onsite but can't got it. 4. Old and seniors are ignored as my last package was 13.84 L but good for new joining as they offer much for higher package to them. 4. Intresting fact Strict COBC policy but this is only for resources like me. This is not applicable for Wipro itself.
