- Salary on time - Work life balance is good

- Our project is Technical but Wipro decided to have a manager from BPO and he make the project worst - Internal polictics is at it's high here - Biased Manager - Zero support from HR and other upper hierarchy - I would have rated 5 but just because of manager, it is 2 now

Only the manager who hired me was supportive later he left the organisation.

New manager Team lead, who don't even know how to handle a team No opportunity No salary hike Micro management No leaves even if there is an emergency No point of contact Worst and mainly no hr is available if you have any concerns Everyone is playing politics and the upper management is there to save Manager who is working under them Not at all a employee centric organization Infact the client was much more better that Wipro management Nobody will guide you about the procedure of growth opportunities within wipro

While working, you tend to learn a lot on your skills. Cafeteria Food somewhat good.

Dislikes

...proper helping tendency from Leads. Never treat employees well within the team. Company deduct lot of income tax amount from your monthly salary. They will never expose the reason where the tax goes and what do they do with taxable amount. One way cab during morning and afternoon shifts. Only once they provide cab during these shifts.

Nothing because management works as dictatorship over there.. Will stand on your head and ask you to work staying all night alone in office. Cox other shift members are working in day shift

Too much pressure and dictatorship by management where they'll cut your salary without valid justification stating business loss

Lots of opportunities to learn as you need to work a lot. Also multiple portals are there for learning

Dislikes

1. Management level people have old fashioned mentality 2. Salary and hike is very low 3. More and more tasks are given to capable people and useless employees are just there with no evaluation 4. Cheap level of work politics are there
