Wipro is a such an excellent company to learn technologies and gain technical skills in all domains they are always supportive to employees for their career growth especially if you are fresher got an opportunity in Wipro then you are one of the luckiest person for that definitely your career growth will be higher for sure!!!!

Promotion cycle and salary hike will no longer satisfy for effortfull employees so better get the good package while onboarding itself otherwise you will not get expected hike and Promotion during appraisal/ Promotion cycle.

Working with Wipro is an overall good experience. Since I have been working from home since joining..i don't have a clear idea of work culture. Oppurtunities are good for learning.

Salary increment is the thing which I have not liked from this company. Same work , same batch people will get different pay... A bit upset.

... acquire these and learn a lot. Trainings are really light and never burdensome. You will get full salary since the day they onboard you so its pretty ok. Just that salary for Turbo is around 37000 initially so thats a minus. Then you wont be getting any industry experience for around 9 months initially, though they 'tag' you in a project, so for namesake, you are on a project and considered billable, so might tell your next employer that you were not idle for 9 months though you were.

...security. They wont throw you out quickly. Everyone is extremely respectful. They give full salary since day one without any deductions, and without giving you much or any work for that matter.
