... in a year is nice. Free travel and hotel for some days during transfer is nice. Salary is also decent. Some projects are very nice, though I was not fortunate.

Dislikes

Yearly hike is very bad, for freshers especially. Changing projects internally is near to impossible. It is fat easy to change company. That was my reason for leaving.

Company over all good.Good salary structure , good benifits, good work life balance and good working culture

Some of the projects may be no career growth and learning but we need to accept it .Every places it happens but over all experience is so good.

Action taken by Wipro in covid-19 pandemic is just awesome , Wipro is keen for safety for their employee and support employees in terms of job security.

Salary will be credited first date of every month without any delay. Also allowance will be credited within 3 working days.

I have been working in client place. There is no proper work structure and no proper support from manager and manager's side in wipro.
