Job security is better other companies. They don’t work on hire and fire basis.

If wipro is your first company, it is very difficult to get a competitive salary after 3-4 years or after that. Promotion is also very difficult to get. Even for laterals, they don’t get hikes once they hired( or it is too less)

Ample opportunities, undersranding but some times troubling colleafues, challenging projects. I got opportunity to work for different projects and learn lot. One of the best org to cross/upskill employees

During my five-year tenure at the company, I have consistently observed a strong emphasis on job security, which is a commendable aspect of the organization. While other aspects may be considered average in comparison to other service-based companies, the focus on job security stands out as a significant advantage.

Sometimes there is no salary hike.

Work life balance and culture. The way this company treats the employees is exceptional. If wipro paid a little more and its hike System could compete with other mncs it was the best company to work with.

Salary. They pay so very less.

People are Supportive if you ready to take-up responsibility. Higher management supports and mentors well on required if person has positive attitude.

Dislikes

Salary, if you are long term wildlife whatever well you do and grow in your role your salary will never be in par with your experience and skill if staying longer.
