There is no senior support in market work or other issues and they deduct salary and TA/DA without confirmation and if ask for it they have no ideas about deduction so they are deducted ur salary or expenses in them self only.

Process Oriented as like main Company of Wipro Limited (Software). Salary On time. More or less appreciate will be recognised by the top leadership. Top leadership ready to back you up in business support.

Less monetary benefit If you ask leave looks like you have demanded too much even it's your leave. Work even on personal leaves bcz only one person in all the work profiles. Only Sundays are leave.

Your job is secure like government job if you don't do anything wrongly which is not acceptable by the management.

Salary and perks is very bad. No promotion. Company product is very bad. Management not provide a proper guidance of product to the employee. And seniors not supporting you.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

If you see overall benefits, the salary is good. It's a dynamic company and expects you to perform. But at the same time seniors here don't shy from guiding an employee in right direction. Apart from that company expects one to work ethically and with integrity.

Dislikes

Since they focus on sustainability and steady growth, it doesn't matter so much if you finish your task early. They would want you to be always on toes irrespective of whether you have done the work or not. It's a sad part that it's intrinsic in them that an employee should be busy with something always and never relaxed. But yes they give full freedom to have work life balance and it's respected here.
