...mployee is not very social but good in work, nill appreciation. Nil appraisals. Bringing the salary stack lower and lower every going year High position without any increment. No help or support from manager if you find out a good opportunity and want to leave project they will in all possible way to stop you from moving in ohter projects. However big project you finish MAYBE you will get a 300 rupee coupon as mark of appreciation.

Not much likes as whatever projects assigned are not fully Utilize my current skills and knowledge

Many are there They cheat by salary as I was not paid as per ctc and variable pay is also not recieved because of bad bosses

Work culture, didn’t like anything much but it is just a brand but the non technical side is so worse for experienced people because there is hardly any growth or benefits or increase in your pay check. Only good for freshers. Only one benefit is that you have a health insurance of 1 lakh that’s about it.

... bad work culture, team leads can sue your growth if you don’t listen to them. Out of all these very bad pay scale for a person who works in non technical background. There is only one way cab. No benefits, no bonuses, no hike, I mean there is hike like a tortoise for example 500/per year, and no I am not joking.

The person who takes ownership, company will give responsibility to him as much as possible

If you are starting career with Wipro then salary structure will be far less than the other who joined from outside if you will match experience wise also.

1) You can learn many things in a project according to your capability and if manager allows you. 2) Management will push you time to time to complete some trainings.

Dislikes

...smatch also.. they will bound you to work according to the project requirements. 2) If we Compare to other IT companies Wipro pays less salary to employees and forced them to work from office. 3) There is no work life balance in Wipro because many times they will force you to work on weekends and on holidays as well.
