Only reason why i worked here for long was due to it's work culture. People are helpful here and phones are allowed inside the floor unlike other organisations. Fixed shifts and weekends are off.

...ations manager too 😂 there's no defined role in Wipro - lots of cost cutting. If you are looking for salary don't work here, work only if u want to gain some experience (for freshers) and leave for better opportunities. All the tenured and resourceful employees quit long ago since WIPRO pays so less salary and incentive structure for agents is not up to the mark.

The work and exposure to technologies and Learning is quite good if one wants to learn and explore the future options.

Dislikes

...mployee is not very social but good in work, nill appreciation. Nil appraisals. Bringing the salary stack lower and lower every going year High position without any increment. No help or support from manager if you find out a good opportunity and want to leave project they will in all possible way to stop you from moving in ohter projects. However big project you finish MAYBE you will get a 300 rupee coupon as mark of appreciation.

If you are starting career with Wipro then salary structure will be far less than the other who joined from outside if you will match experience wise also.

1) You can learn many things in a project according to your capability and if manager allows you. 2) Management will push you time to time to complete some trainings.

Dislikes

...smatch also.. they will bound you to work according to the project requirements. 2) If we Compare to other IT companies Wipro pays less salary to employees and forced them to work from office. 3) There is no work life balance in Wipro because many times they will force you to work on weekends and on holidays as well.

Im really glad to working in Wipro, as im learning new,things by working in Wipro but as per salary is not satisfied with salary remaining everything is good,as per work and others learning everything is good
