1. Unethical contract. 2. No guideline for esops vesting. 3. Senior or leadership is very inexperienced and low quality hence long term mentorship would actually set you up for failures in long run. 4. Toxic culture set by leadership.

Its a lean team so you have to work on couple of projects simultaneously so it pushes your boundary which i feel is okay if you want to hustle Since its a complete work from office and delhi so it can be restrictive to those who prefer hybrid or WFH

Growing exponentially in WinZO as i get to work on multiple projects at once There is always something new to learn and the team is lean peers are from great campuses, we not only work but we discuss ideas lot of technologies are patenteds
