The learning will be good as they will ask you to complete certifications and pay for it.

Most of the time the project time estimation will be not sufficient. They will ask you to complete the project with less time and good quality which puts lot of pressure on employee.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.Support from company is also excellent during this pandemic.

Great to start your career, Incredible learning experience, Good environment, Very helpful colleagues, Communication with everyone in the office is great up to some extent.

Internal Management is poor, Had a change of lots of managers in the project (which had effected appraisal in a negative direction), Very poor place to grow as there are very few projects and will be mostly led by seniors and leads which leads to poor hands-on experience.
