Company HR policies are by and large employees friendly.Salary were always on time.Good support from all team members in corporate office.

Dislikes

Management not receptive to down line concerns and addressing and resolving issues.Lack of sincere intention to recognise efforts and achievements or even when done is very selective . Poor manpower handling and lack of empathy by seniors.Not a very healthy work environment.

Management & Policy is good enough..salary & expenses all was on time.Our MD is visionary man..

Working culture is not good,So much politics and Jib isn't secure there anytime your manager can ask you to leave and HR doesn't questioning to managers.

The compan's management and work culture is big trouble for ground level employees. They do not entertain your genuine problem and expect you to work like robot. My overall experience was pathetic. I will never recommend anyone to work in that condition.

I like the company overall working environment and learning culture of the organization ,,,,,I would like be a part of the organization once again

My performance in the organization was outstanding and I was not happy in my current store where I used to work that's why I asked for Transfer and I didn't got that time due to that I left the organization

This is the best company. I have been there around +3 yrs. The company training and SOP are very good. They help me to improved my skills. I was there like a family. I love to be there in future also. My best wishes are there with the company.
