The most Important thing I want to say is the company provides a good respect to a teacher what he/she deserves. They (teachers) can work from home according to their comfortable hours. They are appreciated for their good work. They feel and experience professional life even at their home. Every staff member is very humble and polite. And A Teachers' group on Workplace- An online platform provided by the company, is a fantastic place to enjoy with colleagues. Leaves, Insurance, Internet Reimbursement and Provident fund are also provided to us.

Dislikes

...d everytime. If we will break the protocols then it will not be company's fault. Only one thing I want is a permanent minimum fix salary. Right now It is flexible according to our work.

Whjr is a good platform for online teaching. The working hours are comfortable and the working atmoshpere is also nice

The pay is very low. We are getting only Rs.50 for a trial class which is very low. And we were told in the beginning that we are getting paid for each slot that we open. But we are being SCAMMED. Not booked finish LMS pops up meaning that we DON'T GET PAID. I've complained to every higher official but none of them responded properly. There is no body who we could reach we are in need of help. But we receive so many calls when we don't attend one class or when we don't complete our work, We get only 6 cancellations a month which is very less. I couldn't take leave or cancel the classes when I had covid. Whjr wasn't allowing me to cancel the classes. We are being penaltied twice when we cancel the classes. This isn't fair to us. We get paid very very less when the student renews the classes. The student pays in lakhs but we only get Rs200 Rs250 for renewals. Whjr says we are faces of whjr but the faces of whjr are NOT GETTING PAID.

Best way to experience Startup culture while WFH. Regular training. Fast evolving. Very receptive to feedback. Inclusive and Positive work culture. High standards in performance expected. Tremendous potential to be the world leader in EdTech.

Dislikes

No fixed income or additional incentives for mulitple skills trained person. Pay scale can be better. Can get overwhelming with many trainings, deadlines and emails. Long term growth in teaching field is limited to few roles.

We get Quick solution for any problem by doing one mail. Best company for me. I just love working in whitehatjr and feeling proud to be part of whitehatjr

Nothing only company if company can provide Work from home continues for other state people's.

It boosted my confidence. It gave me a great learning opportunity. I liked the way we were trained on the topics. There is comparatively minimum nagging by the company. We used to work and get paid. No one to bother us.

Dislikes

...eeting hours. We get paid only for teaching hours. Also, we cant get paid leave. Leaves affect our working hours which may affect our salary.
