Salary on time but no job security. Company can fire you anytime whether you perform or not.

Dislikes

Management is rude and act like tyrant and always says either do this or leave the company. Doesn't matter if you outperform, job security isn't there. Also they keep on changing your shift, process and role however at the time of hiring they promise fixed shift.

Before joining whirlpool i was fit, then i got depression, high bp and nausea.

...ompleting 120-150% target for 3 months consistently you will get 6000 incentive. 12% of salary will be deducted from your ctc at the name of variable pay.. which you will never get 100%, even after achieving 150% target. So you will get increment and from you own variable pay. To work for whirlpool you have to waist 80000 rs to buy laptop. Whirlpool doesn't provides laptop. And yes since petrol is very cheap so you will get 2.5 rs per kilometer as compensation for your upcountry tour subjected to 》150 km. For food you have to manage dinner breakfat and lunch in 500 rs and yes you have to provide bill for that too. And work culture is great furst you will get half year target. Then they will revised it by increasing 50% . Again it will revise to 30% then again and again and again.

Whirlpool provide one of the best working culture,competitive salary as per trade ,you will have one of the best work life balance -very cooperative top management who are ready to listen to you & guide you on personal & professional front.

Dislikes

Salary structure is better than most of the companies but can be improved further by bench-marking on LG & Samsung.Second Bonus policy need updation.

Purely revenue based organisation..Few times employees themselves spent their own money for organisation revenue promotion and generation..

Poor Pay masters..Only revenue is the objective even in service department..Non understanding senior management..Poor Reimbursement and benefits policy..

...ut there is no Job assurance and harrasment from the owner family person's also. As it is proprietorship company and no bonus, no other benefits.
