Frankly the policies are regressive and the culture is pathetic. They called people even in the lockdown to office. They make you work all 365 days

Salary is not paid on time. They hire and fire people randomly. No career growth. Salary increment is 3-4%

The work culture here is toxic, riddled with office politics that overshadow real talent and hard work. Promotions aren't based on hard work—they go to people who do favors and have some physical relationships with senior management.If you're hardworking and a threat to their favorites, they'll find a way to fire you, no questions asked. When it comes to harassment, it's even worse. If a girl complains about her senior, no one can stand up for her, and if she's abused, either physically or mentally, the management stays silent. Even if she speaks out, they blame her. HR’s response is usually that girls should just stay quiet in these situations.

Working here is like working in a lala company. Senior will use bad words which makes you feel very embarrassed, guilty why I have join this organization. Too much pressure that u will put paper.

Wheebox is a quite good company for conducted online exam . I'm must liked the environment of the employees they all interact with each other and they explored our knowledge to their colleagues.

Training and skill development are not good of wheebox.
