About work it is a laregz multipurpose co-oprative socity, work culture very nice. It's a socity about tribale people to develop them through the some plan of union and state government so management is perfect.

I worked at their an contractual base so after finshed my time period I left. But I m searching a new job to utilize my idea and want to create something new one and unique to build my company and my job. Because in last job I never get any chance to utilize my reasone is I m in contract.

It is an average life and there is plenty of chances to improve in the concepts and implementation.The team mates also cooperative but system are lengthy one.There is a big gap about work execution and financial link which is indirectly kills the innovation and intention on implementation. As an employee I have to visit various lodges and resorts to comply the required work execution as per the demand and in this way I am able to get various aspect of people view and demand on this tourism industry.But there is some deficiency of long term thinking in the Engineering aspects and quality process of working individuals.The contractual employees are to be taken care of their facilities.

Dislikes

Overall every action depends on the leadership.Hence time to time and based on the integrity of the job function liking and disliking arises but not as on the company but personal actions. Non-communication is one of the main fault as observed in my tenure.
