I worked at their an contractual base so after finshed my time period I left. But I m searching a new job to utilize my idea and want to create something new one and unique to build my company and my job. Because in last job I never get any chance to utilize my reasone is I m in contract.

It is an average life and there is plenty of chances to improve in the concepts and implementation.The team mates also cooperative but system are lengthy one.There is a big gap about work execution and financial link which is indirectly kills the innovation and intention on implementation. Overall every action depends on the leadership.Hence time to time and based on the integrity of the job function liking and disliking arises but not as on the company but personal actions. Non-communication is one of the main fault as observed in my tenure.
