Only good thing about wells is, you are doing a IT job without any goal, no pressure you feel because there no such work at all.

Compensation is below market price. Growth is slow. too much politics. Soft skill training is there but when your manager wake up and approve it, you will be in waiting list.

...ry supportive towards employees to allow and extend wfh as long as possible. Wells Fargo has paid bonus to employees for last financial year’s profit.

Dislikes

There is less technical skill upgrade opportunities in the company. The tools and technologies being used are very outdated. We don’t get to learn much. There are less certification or training options available.

Wells Fargo having good culture and work-life balance and they give good compensation while joining there is no internal growth after joining, management is very biased to the some of the employees worst recognition process specially in PVSI LOB.

Dislikes

Worst recognition process specially in PVSI LOB, don't bother about deliverables only look of additional show off. People are doing show-offs those are only getting all the benefits .

I appreciated the work-life balance and competitive salary at Wells Fargo International Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad. However, beyond these aspects, I felt there were areas that could be improved to enhance the overall work environment.

One of the major challenges at Wells Fargo International Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, was the work environment. Career growth opportunities were limited, with minimal recognition for contributions. Additionally, team dynamics were not always supportive, and trust issues within the team made collaboration difficult. A more positive and encouraging culture could significantly improve the overall experience.

Work life balance and pay is good as per norms.

Dislikes

There is absolutely no job security like in TCS, infosys or even in companies like Accenture, employees have some resistance to lay off. But in company like wells Fargo, there is 0 job security. Employees who joined were put into PIP and removed the same year they joined. Please do not join wells if you looking for job security. They will intentionally put resources in bad rating.
