They organise lot of events almost every month, leadership always update you and have all hand meets for that .. wfh is there but again depends on lead . No 9 hours policy , leaves are 27

No work , compensation is less , lot of restricted, they have 100 process and approvals for everything

Forget about year end bonus....and if you are on notice check all hr policies. Even bonus is credited in your account , it will be taken back if you submit resignation even on the same day of bonus credit. Weird policy, i never experienced in my entire career...and they same caring abt employee

The company has been immensely supportive with hike in salary.

Dislikes

Sometimes higher level managers turn self centered. They are not leaders really. They take other people's work and project as theirs. It truly very bad for employees who work day and night to meet the deadlines and innovate.

Politics inside the team, lack of transparency, compensation

I am working from last one year in Wells Fargo and till now i would like to take this opportunity to describe Wells Fargo in one sentence "Excellent work culture and great supportive managers"
