...ife balance senior management can call you any time and ask for update and data.no salary hike for employees who are working everyday. One employee get consistently exceed for last 3 years still not promoted. If you want to take ijp and management know they will then make your life living hell

Pathetic superiors who think themselves as God. Poor Salary hike and bossy culture. Even HR and ER have no impacts and are toothless wonders. Ever changing dynamics and poor team structure are additional burdens. No clear plans and career promotion guidelines.

Good one to go on, good salary and hikes, as ususual benefits like insurance, transport etc..

huge amount of old employees and politics, manager is sole and does take all the decisions, no proper HR control. Frequent policy changes, due to which employees are always in confusion.

Horribly toxic management. They are only sending that work here which is absolutely rubbish, plus they are downsizing and in a cost saving mode. A lot of folks onshore have got displaced, and it is a nightmare for those working in India because we don't know how long will we be relevant to the company. There was a time when Wells Fargo meant stability, but not anymore. Plus India management is highly toxic, they are all focused on hogging all the credit and then not give a fair rating to people during year end discussion.
