The Insurance benefits provided for self and family at very reasonable price (Top up) compared to other companies. Transport facility is very good. Night shift Allowances are really good.

Dislikes

... persons hired from outside but they hardly give hikes for internal employees. IJP has a standard rates for increment in salary. Say 8% 10% that's it.

Salary, Culture and work life balance. It gives a lot of other benefits as well .

Dislikes

It depends on your luck which team you end up in... some of the teams do not have good projects from learning perspective, hence your growth may be impacted.

Wells Fargo gives you a work - life balance that is difficult to beat. The rating system is created such that it only flags those that are in need of improvement. Job security is excellent.

Lack of growth opportunities, below par compensation and very slow system.

Good salary compared to peers.

Dislikes

WFO is strict and no flexibility even if you are Temporary Ill for a week or two; strictly no WFH outside Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Chennai. No fuel, internet, high education reimbursement/tax benefits. No team engagement or outings. Messed up hierarchy and career path. It's very hard for senior technical/analytics folks to pivot to Managerial roles. Work timings are very very strict and monitored on daily basis. Work starts at 1030AM and gies till minimum 2300 daily.

Good work life balance, great colleagues.

Dislikes

Pay, especially for tenured employees could be better. Newer employees are getting really good pay, but older employees are still not receiving the pay corrections in all cases.
