The company is really good when it comes to work life balance. Never have I ever worked past my working hours.

...e not ready to accept the fact that it’s because of them the people are leaving. We know it’s a small world but no one wants to work in a toxic place and pay for therapy. But as an organisation wells is good. My experience was not that good.

The location is conveniently located and there’s a hybrid policy, lots of flexibility to come and go as you please. Colleagues are very understanding, work is a tremendous and you get to learn a lot.

Dislikes

...s Fargo locations internationally. No job growth until you commit for 5-7 years. Salary growth is also minimal.

...ployees who work for bank and want to have a good culture and work life balance. I like working in Wells Fargo personally due to lot of reasons there is no internal politics, good package Wells never fire people even in worse situation so if you are looking for a stable job join us.

In Wells there is less opportunity for skill enhance and projects . People are using very very old technology to do work even if you talk about automation they will tell you to do in Excel :)

Work life balance is so good. You won't feel pressure at any moment.

Existing employees are not paid well. Huge salary gap for same role. Designation are not structured properly, no proper escalation matrix.

I have completed 8 years recently in Wellsfargo, whoever joined as a fresher along with me in Wellsfargo they are still in Wells the reason behind this is Work culture, Larning opportunities are more and you can switch jobs internally if you want to explore your knowledge in other areas.

Dislikes

1.IJP policy: The Employee will get very minimal hike through IJP. Earlier, if the Candidate compensation is not matching with current role the employee used to get more hike to equalize the compensation. 2. WFH policy: Managers should also follow Work from home policy strictly. I have seen in few processes Managers will not come to office regularly it impacts the business and people who are in process.
