Dislikes

Too much bureaucracy, politics and sexist comments by the management, leadership and HR-BP. Not an encouraging environment to work. No work life balance.

I worked as Network Engineer Level 4. Most of engineers working only because of good salary, nothing other.

Dislikes

USA management treat badly to Indian employees, even in team meeting. No respect. Indian management blindly beleave USA managers or leads, do not say anything against injustice happening for Indian employees.

Forget about year end bonus....and if you are on notice check all hr policies. Even bonus is credited in your account , it will be taken back if you submit resignation even on the same day of bonus credit. Weird policy, i never experienced in my entire career...and they same caring abt employee

Wells Fargo gives good salary only, but its most of Networking team's USA managers behavior like worst than a lay man. 90%+ USA managers always behave rudely & with bad attitude and Indian managers always busy to butter them. Actually 90% Indian managers fears USA same or lower level managers

Wells Fargo's Networking Teams 90%+ Indian managers fear USA almost all managers, they are always busy to butter them. If this company offer me 1000% hike, then also I shall not join again in Wells Fargo Network Team.

Work culture and motivation we get by senior management is very useful to build up career. We get motivation to learn and explore ourselves in different technologies.

Dislikes

For the role which I am working they didn't provide yearly bonus which I was expecting as a compensation. But if they provide the hike percentage atleast 2-3 percent higher then that would be fine. Only one disappointment is we don't get yearly bonus.
