The policies and compensation is really good but not outstanding. Work life balance is decent and free cab is another plus. Overall experience completely depends on your manager and based on your job location the culture also differs. The focus is mainly on Bangalore and Hyderabad who get to enjoy all the benefits whereas in Chennai, presence is limited to few thousands of employees.

Dislikes

No proper career progression for employees. They keep changing the designation very often. Every other day there will be an organization update and it will be hard to stay on stable grounds.

...ployees who work for bank and want to have a good culture and work life balance. I like working in Wells Fargo personally due to lot of reasons there is no internal politics, good package Wells never fire people even in worse situation so if you are looking for a stable job join us.

Dislikes

In Wells there is less opportunity for skill enhance and projects . People are using very very old technology to do work even if you talk about automation they will tell you to do in Excel :)

Salary hikes and they recruite people with very minimal hike and also for freshers who are been recruited from external will receive very less compensation compared to college hires

I love the female employee security and the work culture here. The encouragement they give to the female employee is outstanding

Dislikes

I am not satisfied with the salary and appraisal even for the experienced employees. Also no the recognition to the employee for the work they did.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

There is no proper capacity planning and recognition
