Only package. They pay you well. Once open a time it used to be an awesome company. Top management is hopeless here self centric people are sitting on top management they are only interested to please their bosses no matter how talented ur you need to work to fulfil ur boss's ego. HR exists only on paper, only on few email you will find them. If ur highly skilled this is not the place for you.

... started to look out specially the way I have been treated in the last 8 months. Bonus has also been stopped and my salary has been reduced compared to previous year even with the same rating. How can you explain that?? Worse is that there is no one to explain. N reduction is not only with me, with most of my peers and TMs as well. My manager has been worse as I have to reach out multiple times to ask for approval of leaves. In the 7 months that he has been with me. Not a single time he approved my leaves beforehand. Had to do multiple follow-ups. Twice I worked on the days I asked for leaves to again ask. Great leaders!!

...hin organisation, I will give interview else where so my package also increases. My salary hike was informed, but the number informed to me is different from the one I got in paper 4% communicated as new joiner but got 3.4%. I was asked to attend another IJP and I was through, but asked to continue with same.

Work life balance and compensation are the two major plus. Work wise WF is as conservative in adopting newer technologies as any other bank.

...e allegations in mid and year end reviews to put them in PIP and silent layoffs. Don't higher good candidates for short duration of you can't pay them what they deserve. Manager's are very toxic, behave like son in law's of company. Old tech stack, least learning, workmlife balance is just an outside hype here.
