Cons: company has good values in place but very little implementation. Company isn't the problem but people are. Very little team building activities and unhealthy competition between teams. No knowledge is shared within team mates.

They organise lot of events almost every month, leadership always update you and have all hand meets for that .. wfh is there but again depends on lead . No 9 hours policy , leaves are 27

Dislikes

No work , compensation is less , lot of restricted, they have 100 process and approvals for everything

One of the best MNCs I am working with. Culture is just great. Have opportunities to showcase skills. Benefits provided are good rather great.

... started to look out specially the way I have been treated in the last 8 months. Bonus has also been stopped and my salary has been reduced compared to previous year even with the same rating. How can you explain that?? Worse is that there is no one to explain. N reduction is not only with me, with most of my peers and TMs as well. My manager has been worse as I have to reach out multiple times to ask for approval of leaves. In the 7 months that he has been with me. Not a single time he approved my leaves beforehand. Had to do multiple follow-ups. Twice I worked on the days I asked for leaves to again ask. Great leaders!!

Work life balance and compensation are the two major plus. Work wise WF is as conservative in adopting newer technologies as any other bank.

Dislikes

Working on legacy systems, less or limited learning opportunities

The company has been immensely supportive with hike in salary.

Dislikes

Sometimes higher level managers turn self centered. They are not leaders really. They take other people's work and project as theirs. It truly very bad for employees who work day and night to meet the deadlines and innovate.
