...es WFH requests if you're not in Java department. No extra activities are there. No welcome kit, or welcome bonus + you'll not have any I'd card and many more. Average Salaries offered. Politics is there but not in Java Department. Management doesn't think about welfare of employees but only focuses on work.

Work environment is good. Senior staff is also good and they are so polite.

No flexible timing No proper salary If your dependency is low then they will not arrange your new bond meeting fast and they will not give you proper answer. If your dependency is high then they will arrange meeting before 15-30 days of bond complete.

That the owner is not taking the responsibility of their employees by themselves and giving it to some poor rated employees who are even being responsible for the appraisal process and that is the worst thing ever I've been through. If they are not capable of handling things by themselves then they should discontinue hiring new people. Because it's their employees and the one is facing it is ao much difficult.
