-Hybrid work policy

Dislikes

- Delayed appraisal cycles - The senior management has their own favourites and no matter how good you perform all year, they won’t give you good appraisal - immense work pressure - The work takes a toll on mental heath when seniors overburden a single teammate; because they simply don’t want to invest in other members’ skillsets. - High level of politics; seniors want to massage their ego time to time

Nothing is likeable

Dislikes

- hierarchy with no growth - most of the time is spent in company politics - if you’re good at sucking up to people, you’ll grow. Otherwise you won’t - the level of toxicity is insane

Excellent company culture and benefits however its the people which drowns this boat!

  • Company culture - Good

Dislikes

The senior management are stooges and basically wants everybody to work according to their whims and fancies. Unethical work environment and with lot of office politics. The HR seems hopeless as they themselves are trying hard to be in good books of vp's and president.
