There is a stark distinction between permanent and contract employees, and same in the treatment. There is no fixed work for you and due to lack of staff and managerial skills, authorities assign here random work without continuity to follow up and all of sudden they will wake up from the dream and question you something which was not assigned to you but you were handling other part of it once, so it is supposed that one should know everything what's going on in future even if you no longer working on it.
