No holiday for Indian festival. No perks and benefits. No coffee. lots of work pressure. Six days working. Work with very tight dead lines other wise risk will be there in terms of job security. Increment "Bhul jao".work after office hours is a perk.

Each day is a great day spent learning and executing a new thing that too with a great, co-operative team. The best part of the job is the motivating co-workers and mentors who support and help me to perform in the best possible manner and keep motivating me to keep aspiring for higher stature tasks. Work-Life balance is good.

Good company to learn, grow and work. Job security is more than satisfaction. You don't have to worry about your money it could be late but it's guaranteed. HR dhar saheb is a great person over there. Really he helps sometimes at the very crucial time. Thanks to him.

Only bad thing is ego of a most senior south Indian project manager Nothing else.
