There are several undisclosed aspects of the job that become apparent only after you join. This lack of transparency can make you feel misled and undervalued. The company seems more focused on creating an image on social media rather than fostering a healthy work culture. Weekend activities often appear to be for show rather than genuine team building. Don't expect any substantial training or mentorship. You are mostly left to fend for yourself, which can be challenging, especially for newcomers. Senior employees may not provide the support you need. Instead of guiding you properly, they often deflect queries and push you. It's uncommon for senior employees to delegate difficult tasks to junior staff, even if it means staying late into the night. This work distribution is unfair and adds unnecessary pressure on new hires. The company seems to have double standards when it comes to work hours. Established employees can arrive late and leave as they please, while newcomers are expected to strictly adhere to the 1-hour requirement. I would advise potential employees to carefully consider whether this environment aligns with their goals and values before accepting any job offers.

Nothing it was the biggest mistake I could have made every! I mean it was so bad that I was working 7 days a week constantly and minimum of 12 hours a day I mean I was very lucky if got to finish my work early on Sundays so I guess that's good a thing and I suppose if u want holiday there for suppose 10 days then the company will give u atleast a day or 2 of and if not that much then atleast they will be kind enough to give u permanent holiday so that's another good thing

There's nothing in the name of company policy over there no hierarchy nothing the HR over there is a puppet of the CEO there's just 1 PM there and he's also the puppet of the CEO apart from that I have worked there for almost 5 months and in that 5 months even at the time of joining the company strength was 70 employees and I seen more then 40 people get fired in that 4-5 months and 20-30 more getting hired just be fired again I have seen that a guy who had his wedding in 3 days was going for the leaves in 2 days was fired just a day before his wedding coz he was asking for 10 days leave for his wedding!! I mean seriously the worst place ever to work the CEO is more like a majdoor speak harsh words all around his office not paying the salary on time not providing the bonus that they deducted from our salary know u would ask how I know coz I have friends there who were in a bad stage in life due to which the couldn't leave the job so I know!!
