...whole department is always busy with working on devious stratagems and scheming. The company follows a strategy of hiring employees on low compensation and to avoid paying more in future sacks the employees on purpose, giving them inane reasons for doing so. Your talent has no value here. No matter how good you are at your work, it won't count. The internal politics is too strongly ingrained and honest and hard-working employees will find it extremely difficult to survive in such a corrupt and toxic environment. The HR department is pointless, there is no system of employee grievance in place; your voice will NEVER be heard, so don't even try. Atrocious company culture, terrible work-life balance, NO growth opportunities, and all this will, of course, give you no work satisfaction. If you still want to join this organization and you're feeling adventurous enough, then JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Except salary nothing is proper in this company, Management and HR work together, no one listen any queries from employees. Very bad experience They deducted a lot of money after resignation..

...Manager: Nilesh Mehta. He is an undeserving person to be worked in IT companies. He doesn't know how to respect people and pay their salaries for their hardwork and efforts.

...g practice, dependencies has been already created by seniors from last 15 years. New fresher can join if salary is not a concerned.

Nothing special which will motivate to work in the organization , agreement and then harassment by 2 people

HRD - Namesake , no hikes, no appraisal, no variable pay on timely basis which is part of CTC of an individual sales person, no incentive on sales target achieved , only company 4 people are operating business... As a shop and not an organization..
