There is so much to say about the immense wrongdoings in the organization, yet there is nothing to say! If you ever chance upon any good review you ever read about this company, know that it is fake. The good reviews are fabricated and written in bulk by the company's own content writers. The company, its management, and the heads of the department (especially the DIGITAL MARKETING department and the department's head) are a huge disappointment. The digital marketing department is the worst department to be a part of. Specifically, the department head is the most incompetent head you'll ever come across. His lack of knowledge and his utter ignorance of the advancements in the digital space is extremely apparent. If you join this department, be aware that you're saying goodbye to your career growth, at least in this organization. The department head and the whole department is always busy with working on devious stratagems and scheming. The company follows a strategy of hiring employees on low compensation and to avoid paying more in future sacks the employees on purpose, giving them inane reasons for doing so. Your talent has no value here. No matter how good you are at your work, it won't count. The internal politics is too strongly ingrained and honest and hard-working employees will find it extremely difficult to survive in such a corrupt and toxic environment. The HR department is pointless, there is no system of employee grievance in place; your voice will NEVER be heard, so don't even try.
