Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

...ience. There's no professionalism, no work ethics, and tremendous work pressure. They exploit interns with low pay and high expectations, expecting them to know everything. Personal growth is nonexistent, and management is poor and rude. It's a money-minded environment with harsh review sessions and zero recognition. HR is ineffective, and bosses are cruel and insensitive, constantly demeaning their employees. Special mention to Sayanee Kundu, *The OG VAMP*, whose behavior exemplifies why this workplace is so toxic and undesirable.

Dislikes

-The boss and the manager are very rude and mean. -The company has no proper structure -One employee/intern is asked to do work of 3 people. -6 days a week work -Bad manager. Talks in a very insulting tone. - Lack of empathy for employees - One mistake and the boss will insult you in-front of everyone - No employee benefits whatsoever. Would not recommend working here.
